vim is designed as a accessibility tool for people who have
difficulties to press more than one key at a time.

That sounds like a good idea. A vim-keyboard with a big fat heavy-duty
ESC-key (designed for 1 Mio. key presses/day) and ESC-lock (automatically
sends 10 ESC/second)
