[karmic] Touch Screen Calibration

Hi,

I am having some issues with calibrating my touch screen...  I can run the calibration tool (following the on-screen instructions), then restart my xserver and everything comes out fine.  However, as soon as I reboot my machine I lose the calibration settings.  Could anyone tell me how I can keep the calibration (or at least were to look for problems)?
