PDF Reader with Screen Reader ability

Hello all,

Just one question, is there any PDF reader with screen reader ability
in Ubuntu?. I have activated ORCA Screen Reader in Ubuntu 9.10,  but
it won't work to read the contents of PDF file in PDF Reader
application (Evince).
