Error 21 when booting up...???

*I have a 250 gb seagate HD, I had 9.04 on it, then I upgraded to 9.10 
beta, when it first came out the updates keep'd coming it worked just 
fine until last week...I started to boot the system up, but all that I 
get is Error 21...

Might anyone know how I can fix this problem, so it will boot up again...

I have used knoppix 5.1 to view the hard drive, I can see everything on 
it, so my stuff is still there...

But I am in need of help if possible to fix the error 21 problem that I 
now have...

Any help on the would be very appreciated...
