I don't fully understand the situation and its possible that others don't
either. However, I'll try my best with some educated guesses. My
understanding is that you have the assignment 201.67.157.48/29 via Basil
Telecom, which you've likely chosen to lay out as:

  201.67.157.48 network address
  201.67.157.49 gateway (router)
  201.67.157.50 usable IP
  201.67.157.51 usable IP
  201.67.157.52 usable IP
  201.67.157.53 usable IP
  201.67.157.54 usable IP
  201.67.157.55 broadcast address

and my guess is that the network setup is something like:

    Computer 1 (201.67.157.50/29)
    Computer 2 (201.67.157.51/29)
              |
              v
    Route/Firewall Inside (201.67.157.49/29)
              *
    Route/Firewall Outside (201.34.176.241/28)
              |
              v
    Basil Telecom Router (201.34.176.242/28)
              *
             ...

If this is indeed the network setup, then the computer(s) should use
'201.67.157.49' as *their* default gateway, and then your router/firewall
should use '201.34.176.242' as *its* default gateway.

Coming inbound, your router/firewall needs configuring to route traffic for
201.67.157.48/29 via its internal interface. ... but this is not something
that you need to do on the computers, only on the router/firewall.

If you can outline the problem in a different way (eg. with diagrams), then
somebody may be able to answer it more easily.
