Help changing permisions on MP3 player

OK guys, I got a new one for you.

I am trying to transfer music onto my MP3 player this one to be exact: 
http://www99.shopping.com/xPO-GPX-MW3836-1GB

Problem is when I drag and drop into the MP3's folder I get an error message that says: 
Sorry, could not change the permissions of "GPX": Error setting permissions: Read-only file system

I looked around online and found some articles on it but none of them have helped. So now here I am asking the community based experts :P
