Quality of Ubuntu List

Hi everyone.

I just think I should give my two cents. Every time that I have a problem
with Ubuntu, this list always welcomes me with lots of constructive
assistance. I've never had a problem with this list, and I absolutely love
being only a few keyboard strokes away from receiving help from people who
really are experts.

And compared to Microsoft Customer Support, there's really no competition.
Personally, I think the main thing (or at least one of the main things) that
will kill Microsoft and make its users migrate to Linux will be the helpful
nature of our forums and mailing lists much like this. It's probably one of
the biggest reasons I switched from Windows to Ubuntu.

Just figured I'd give my $0.02 on the situation.
