True. But these options seem to apply to the 10... section.
If both GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX and GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT are "",
Ubuntu has ro on its linux line (added by 10...) and Fedora does not
(not added by 30...).
If either of the above /etc/default/grub entries is "ro", Ubuntu ends
up with "ro ro" and Fedora is unchanged.
Maybe other options apply to 30....
