Well, all I can say is that the people on the other side of the
international date line must have been hopping mad when their beta
didn't arrive on Oct 1, but we don't hear too much complaining from
them, do we?

(How you can have a 3/4 of a time zone boggles the mind, though. I
know India is UTC + 5.50, though. That's just wierd. )
