How to send & recieve Fax ?(with dial up modem)

Thanks a lot for your attentions ;
Some question :
Driver is latest hsfmodem driver + free & full-speed Dell binaries ,And id
built in this <https://help.ubuntu.com/community/DialupModemHowto/Conexant>way
for ubuntu 9.04,and device link is /dev/ttySHSF0

1-What should be set in serial device in efax-gtk setting ? /dev/ttySHSF0 ?
or just ttySHSF0 ?or any thing esle ?
2-Should  any other parameters be changes in efax-gtk setting except above
serial device ?
3-For using file in fax to send box ,what formats can file be ?
4-Is it better to use file or socket for fax to send box ?
5-while going these steps

,in step " click on queue and click forward" what should be done ?there is
just 3 choice for PPD selection .
