What is a 'Screen Name' in Thunderbird's and SeaMonkey's address books?

Speaking of what do you do with low latency. I run a cnc milling 
machine  with   Emc  and latency is a big thing there.   It seems that 
computer speeds over about 3ghz has prblems with latency where cnc is 
concerned.  Maybe  not all of them I don't know.  Slower machines seem 
to do better.  But I have heard some say that they are running cnc 
programs in VM ware. I will be trying it soon as I  /have another 
program that runs in Doss so I will likely give it a try/.  I like EMC 
so am satisfied but just for the fun of it I will likely try the doss 
program in VM ware.  Just threw this in thinking someone might have some 
interest in this area.
