    I haven't had that experience.  Ordered my 10v with a ship date 30 days
off.  Was shipped in about 3.  Granted, I'm still on 8.04 and wish Dell would
release a later version for LPIA but it isn't as if Canonical is doing any
better in that dept. and as of 10.04 are dropping LPIA support entirely.  *shrug*
