Switch off baby mode

I have just installed Ubuntu 9.1 Netbook and all went well.  By default the menu is in baby mode with huge icons across the desktop and a giant menu on 20% of the desktop on the left.  I have managed to add a normal menu to the panel but how do I get rid of the baby menu?
