What is your favourite FLOSS application?

I like the webform idea quite a lot. Maybe it can also have an entry
of user's main distro, so that some trends could become exposed. It
could even be a permanent form, though that maybe won't make it as
newsworthy as when it appears for limited periods of time, say towards
the end of the year.
