Samba 4 + bind9

Please take this to the samba list then. I have not tried samba4 but I 
remember that not everything was in place yet a month or two ago when i 
checked on its status.

samba4 is not a supported package on Ubuntu or any other distribution 
for that matter. Please speak to the authors on the samba list or 
irc.freenode.net #samba.
