Is 9.10 a black eye for Ubuntu?

Ofcourse I could have. But why would I? Version 0.132 could handle 
multipart pictures quite well (which is important when you try to follow 
some photograph-groups), while 0.133 fails to display them.
And people who like to install things manually probably have more suitable 
distros to choose from than Ubuntu.
