Hello, I solved the no sound problem. Or, I discovered the source of it. The mute mode was checked. Without audio output the wireless speakers' transmitter goes into the off mode (and no light). I came across the above solution after there was a major upgrade. It is possible that before the upgrade the sound was not working. Thomas
