Ubuntu 9.10 unable support Acer Aspire 3640

Ubuntu 9.10 unable support Acer Aspire 3640!

Recently just install ubuntu 9.10, but while installing, found my
laptop keyboard and on board mouse totally not working at all, I plugin
external USB keyboard and mouse complete the installation. 

After installation complete, restart without external USB keyboard and
mouse, during OS selection still working, after loaded in, same as on
board keyboard and mouse not exist at all!

Is there anyone can help???
