OT: Linux server with GUI

I'm going to (try to) serve a website with Linux, and am wondering what a
good, full-installation server distro with a GUI would be. It needs to be
rediculously easy to set up a basic website with just three or so pages, and
all the tools needed to accomplish this should be on the installation CD. I
will make this somewhat on-topic by saying that my webpage will have an
ubuntu section.
