Based on this thread (quick google search for the error):

I think you could try 'sudo rmmod uvcvideo', then 'sudo modprobe
uvcvideo trace=15', then plug in the camera and see what happens.  If
that won't work, you might have a look at the uvcvideo homepage for
documentation?
