Argh...okay, yep that's what I've installed for virt-manager. However once it's unloaded. all seems to be fine.

P.S.: have you got an idea, why the mouse and my keyboard wont work properly if I start my Win20008Server installation with
#kvm -m 750 -cdrom /dev/cdrom -boot d volumelabel.img
