Everyone has room for improvement at all times...What needs to happen is
people need to not jump down Karl's throat everytime he posts, and he needs
to not start flinging the insults at people if they don't answer his
question in a way that he wants or give what he was looking for as far as
data goes.  Civility goes a long way, but calling someone a complete idiot
only gets people hating you and we end up with threads like this one.
