If he posts incorrect information, especially in reply to someone else,
you should by all means correct it.

Unappreciated behavior should be said to be so (though in this list
there's little to do to fix it), but you are the one deciding to read
his comments and the replies. I would then ask, why are allowing
yourself to be frustrated?
