As I understand it, to use those repos[1], you need to change your
sources list. So for example:

deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ jaunty multiverse

would be changed to:

deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ gutsy multiverse

etc.

[1] I've not tried this in awhile so I could be wrong.
