I have to change my position on getting the wcid repository on Hardy
and 8.10 since I did it again on Hardy and this time it worked. I used
the words now on the wiki for Ubuntu and what I did not do last time,
was leave System-Administration-Software-Sources turned on WHILE I got
the key with wget as shown. Then you MUST let it reload and the panel
doesn't look right but it then disappears and now I have the working
repository on Hardy.
This is much easier than d/l the software.
