Actually, it's not.  That describes the "performance regressions".  It is 
for those reasons that KDE turns off desktop effects when you start a 
session using an Intel adapter.  

The page, though, doesn't even touch on the actual display _bugs_ 
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/338669), and that's what has been so hard 
to pin down.
