wicd for Intrepid and Hardy

Sigh... If you actually take time to RTFI on the link that I gave you,
you will see that you can add wicd repositories for hardy & intrepid.
That way when/if there is an update to those, you will be notified of
the update and can elect to update/upgrade accordingly.
