Norman, type in the address bar: 192.168.0.1
What happens?

Also, assuming you are using firefox, go to the top left hand corner, 
click on File, look at the bottom of the list and find Work Offline. Is 
it checked? If so, click it and it will now be unchecked.

Let us know what happens on the above address.
