+1 on Picasa. Particularly for a Windows user convert. The new version
for linux (Picasa 3) pretty much rocks IMO & is simple to use. Touch up
includes: recrop, straighten, redeye, auto contrast, auto color retouch,
text, fill light, shadows, highlights, color temperature, effects, etc.
