jaunty shutdown problem

Hi there,

I installed jaunty via wubi on a windows xp box. I find that when I
try to shutdown the jaunty, there are some errors

S40umountfs: Input/output error
S60umountroot: Input/output error
S90halt: Input/output error

I googled that, I just read one post about Intrepid shutdown problem
with wubi. Anyone knows how to solve this problem?
