You can do so my using Virtualisation, a technology in which you can install
an OS within an OS.
Check out a video of my Virtualised environment, with 2 Virtual Machines,
Debian 5.0 and Fedora 9, running on the host OS,
Ubuntu 9.04:

Both the VMs are full-screen so that when you are using them , it is as if
you have actually booted into them.
The software used for this is called VirtualBox : http://www.virtualbox.org
Although I have done this on Ubuntu, you can just as well do the same by
installing VirtualBox on Vista and then installing Ubuntu on it.
Thanks,
