How can I upgrade ubuntu 8.04 to Jaunty from console?

Now, here is the solution and it works, as you can see note to
upgrade :)
Key point for console upgrade :)
a) Edit /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades and set:
Prompt=normal
b) $ sudo do-release-upgrade
