Preston, I'm not certain about the Linux version but Skype offers a
PBX service for businesses that you might want to look into. Its
supposed to work with your existing PBX hardware, I don't know the
full details but again you might want to look into it.

Another site I can name which demands that you have IE is Gaia Online,
the anime-centric social networking, video streaming and gaming site.
They're developing an MMORPG and you can guy Gaia cash Cards form Wall
Mart, Target, Rite Aid, 7-11 and Speedway SuperAmerica stores in the
US. I don't use it but I know a lot of others who complain about it
being IE only. I use Firefox exclusively on Ubuntu and Firefox and
Chrome on Windows. Usually I'll use Chrome when watching streaming
video because of its tiny resource footprint. I wish Chrome was out
for Linux officially, when is that going to happen? Yes, I'm talking
to you Google!!!

I've RARELY had to actually use IE for anyone online. For a while
some of Google's apps were IE only but they've fixed that. I used to
have to use the Page Creator, which will soon be absorbed into Google
Sites, using IE but now it works on Firefox and I think also Opera.
There are a few rare holdouts who demand IE, and when I do find them I
don't give them the time of day. In this day and age that kind of
behavior isn't tolerated anymore, adapt to other browsers or people
will go else. Period. IE isn't the top dog on the Internet anymore,
and likely never will be again.
