Looking for advice on how to burn ...

My school is slowly moving towards open office.  I would like to take the
open office installation on my machine TO INCLUDE all the extensions and
templates I've added.

I know I can burn an ISO of the entire hard drive, and can take the OOo
download and make a CD I out of that, but it's the extensions/templates part
of the puzzle that has me stumped.

Can anyone suggest a solution?
