msgs not reaching list

You might want to verify that each account is using the same incoming 
and outgoing usernames within the account. It seems that there are a 
number of fields that require you to specify a username. Right now, I'm 
suspecting that one of your accounts is not using the outgoing username 
that you meant to use.
