cant access google but ONLY from this machine

Oddly, I access 2 gmail accts vai imap with seamonkey mail.
One of them has been fine all day.
the other is having severe difficulty deleting messages.
I keep getting some "command failed" message from the imap server.
I can download, read, and send the messages, just can't delete them.
There's something weird going on with google today...
