How to restore nvidia kernel module?

My VC is:
VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation Quadro NVS 135M (rev a1)

I think trying to install "NVIDIA-Linux-x86-180.51.pkg1.run " causes 
this problem,so the solution is to restore original nvidia kernel 
module,but I need someone to tell me how to do that.
