I can't quite figure out how that makes it "best".  I've used both - 
admittedly not on high-traffic servers - and found postfix simpler to set 
up, and capable of doing anything I had done previously with Exim.  I think 
before you say one is "better" you need to show how it can solve problems 
that the other can't.
