Went back an revisited this one... I owe you a beer. I put the
'-no-remote' flag in the icon launcher command on both and they both now
start properly in parallel - both from the CLI and from the icons. I'll
still need to dig into it a little deeper as I've never had to do this
in the past. Could be the latest nightly on SeaMonkey 2.0b1pre made some
changes...

Still haven't got this one figured out (yet).

Thanks again for the pointer on trying '-no-remote'.
