its all about accountability to the list owners, any discussion
should be in relation only to a breach of the CoC, nothing more.

church and state must be separated /rant), so, I'm far from an advocate
to any censorship or secrecy, but I think what the list owners want
is reasonable providing they are aware of actions taken by an appointee,
which is why i suggest that any warnings not CC'd to the mod list are
invalid, any suspension/removal action not notified to the mod list should
not only be revoked, but the moderator who took the action should be
instantly dismissed from the mod team by a list owner for abuse of power.
