Cannot compile

On Kubuntu 9.04 I have build-essential and cmake installed, but I
cannot compile:

This error seems to be the problem:
  ERROR: cmake/modules/FindKDE4Internal.cmake not found in
  /home/jaunty2/.kde/share/apps;/usr/share/kubuntu-default-settings/kde4-profile/default/share/apps;/usr/share/kde4/apps

How do I solve that?
