Ubuntu uses "vino" as the application for System -> Preferences ->
Remote Desktop. By installing "vino" you should be able to access
Xubuntu the same way you access Ubuntu. You can use either synaptic
package manager or "sudo apt-get install vino" to install (or the
installer of your own choosing).
