RealVNC Enterprise Issues

Sorry for the triple post on this... I re-installed my OS, and it was  
displaying "unr3a1" as my name, rather than my actual name.  So I  
wanted to correct this.  Thanks.


I am still having problems with this:

I am trying to install the latest version of vnc enterprise and when I
go to install the .deb file, this is what I get:

Does anyone know what could be the issue?  Thanks.
