You have two machines on the same LAN, one is 192.168.1.107 and the
other is 192.168.0.100 ?
That would be atypical. Normally people use 192.168.0.0/24 LANs
in other words, they both should be 192.168.0.something or 1.something
That is likely the root of your issues.

Separate issue indeed - you'd probably get better answers by putting
