iwlagn and 802.11n on an Intel Wireless WiFi Link 5100AGN card.

I used this :

sudo iw dev wlan0 set freq 5180

It works (iwconfig shows the 5G frequency) but after secondes it toggles to
2.4
how can i set it permanently ??
