Access to the Image Viewer through WINE ?

You won't find a Ubuntu (windows) EXE as Ubuntu isn't windows. Ubuntu 
has its own image displaying application, but they are native linux 
binaries and as far as I know you cannot call them from inside WINE.

You will need to install a windows viewer inside your WINE installation 
and use that instead.
