Then please tell us how you as a support expert would handle the problem 
of people not abiding the rules. If there are only those 
thread-hijacking newbies who write HTML-only mails and always top-post 
they will probably get far less answers because those who know the 
system good enough to answer the questions are simply gone. That's the 
difference between a helpdesk and unpaid community support. You can't 
force the unpaid helpers to do the work exactly the way you want it to 
be done because they are unpaid and you can't fire them.
