libfilesys-diskspace-perl: Fails to recognise cifs mounts

I discovered and fixed this bug in Debian a while back.  We've just
transitioned stuff across to an Ubuntu server and the bug has come
back :-(.  Please could you apply the patch in this bug report to your
package too:
