Turn on WiFi

lspci says the Ethernet Controller Realtek Semiconductor Co. 
RTL8101E/RTL8102E


    iwconf says no wireless period.

iwlist scan says nothing supports scanning.

    As I have said, the WiFi hardware is not turned on.
