Why would we want to be _precise_ at the expense of clarity? It's true that
the external power source _could_ be DC - but only for someone who knew
what they were doing well enough to not be confused. For most people "AC"
doesn't even mean "alternating current", it means "plugged into the wall".

Would you please post the bug link? I don't think it's a valid bug, but I
consider _telling_ you to post here is a mean-spirited way of saying "we're
not going to do anything about it", because the people who actually work on
bugs don't give a fig what anybody says here.
